Why See

Job hunting in the US is hard. We made the hard parts clear.

Most job boards hide whether an employer sponsors visas. Messaging a recruiter often costs money. And fake job offers target students. See fixes all three.

01

Know before you apply

Every job shows if the employer sponsors H-1B, uses E-Verify and hires people on OPT. No more guessing.

02

Talk to anyone for free

Message recruiters, hiring managers and other job seekers. There are no paid messages and no credits to buy.

03

Real people, real jobs

Every job seeker and every employer is verified. See checks messages for scams and warns you before you reply.

For job seekers

  • Every profile is complete, so there are no resumes to read
  • Built for fair hiring: age, national origin and other protected traits are never filters

Safety

Safe to talk. Safe to be yourself.

Open messaging only works when people can trust each other. Here is how See keeps it that way.

How we keep you safe

Verified people

Job seekers sign in with Apple or email and can connect LinkedIn. Employers must use a work email on their company domain.

Scam warnings

If a message asks for money, gift cards or your bank details, See warns you right away. Never pay to get a job.

Your data, your call

We never ask for your passport, SSN or visa documents. You choose who sees your status, and you can delete your account at any time.

Questions

Good questions, simple answers.

Still wondering about something? Write to us at info@workonward.com.

Is See free?

Yes. See is free for job seekers and for employers. Messaging is never behind a paywall.

Who is See for?

Anyone starting a career in the US. We built it first for international students on F-1 OPT, STEM OPT and H-1B, and for the employers who want to hire them.

Do I need a resume?

No. You build your profile in the app by answering simple questions. When you apply, the employer sees your profile, your LinkedIn link and your web profile. There are no files to upload.

Do employers see my visa status?

Only if you choose. You can let employers search by your exact status, or share just two answers: whether you can work in the US now, and whether you will need sponsorship.

Does See give immigration advice?

No. The Work Authorization Center helps you track dates and deadlines, but it is information only. Please confirm dates with your school's DSO or an immigration attorney.

How do employers join?

With a work email on their company's domain. Personal email addresses, like Gmail or Outlook, can't create an employer account.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. See is on iPhone first.
