Verified people

Everyone is who they say they are.

Job seekers

Sign in with Apple or an email code, and connect LinkedIn for a verified badge. Photos come from LinkedIn and cannot be swapped in the app.

Employers

Work email only, and the company's website must match the email's domain. New or look-alike domains get a manual check.

Referrers

Prove they work at the company with their work email, and confirm it again every 90 days.

Scam protection

Never pay to get a job.

Job scams often target students and new grads. See checks every message, and warns you when something looks wrong.

  • Warnings for requests for money, gift cards, crypto or "training fees"
  • Warnings when someone wants payment for an OPT or I-983 letter
  • Warnings when someone asks for your SSN or bank details before an offer
  • Warnings when someone tries to move the chat to Telegram or WhatsApp
  • A first message always shows who the sender is and how they are verified
  • Job posts that ask for fees are blocked

  • Delete your account in the app. After 30 days, it is gone
