The two standard questions

Every candidate answers the two questions the US Department of Justice recommends: can you work in the US now, and will you need sponsorship?

Status filters only with consent

You can filter by exact visa status only for people who allow it, and the filter never ranks people higher or lower.

Protected traits are never filters

Age, national origin, race, religion and other protected traits cannot be searched or guessed. If a search mentions one, See leaves it out and tells you why.

Is See free for employers?

Yes. Posting jobs, searching for talent and messaging people are all free.

Can I sign up with Gmail or Outlook?

No. Employer accounts need a work email on your company's domain. It is how we keep fake recruiters off See.

How many people can I message?

Replies are never limited. To stop spam, each person can start 25 new conversations a day, or 100 once your company verifies its domain with a DNS record.

Can I search by visa type?

Yes, for candidates who allow it. Use it to plan sponsorship and timelines, never to prefer or turn away US citizens, green card holders, refugees or asylees. The first time you use it, we explain how.

Can I use Sign in with Apple?

Yes. The first time, you also confirm your work email with a one-time code, and See links the two. After that, Apple alone signs you in.

Does See connect to my applicant tracking system?

Not yet. It is on our list.

Is there a web version?

See is an app for iPhone today, for both job seekers and employers.
