Never pay for a referral
Offering or asking for money is not allowed. See blocks messages that try, like "split the bonus".
Limits that make each ask count
Send 5 new requests a week and 2 per company. If nobody answers in 7 days, you get that request back.
Verified referrers only
Referrers prove they work at the company with their work email, and confirm it again every 90 days.

Is a referral a guarantee?
No. A referral helps your application get noticed, but the company still makes the decision.
What if I already applied?
Tell us when you ask. Some companies only count a referral if it comes before you apply, so it is worth asking first.
Does anyone get paid for referrals on See?
See never pays for referrals, and nobody on See may charge for one. Many companies pay their own employees a referral bonus, and that stays between them and their employer.
What if nobody at the company is on See yet?
Invite someone you know there by email. Once they verify their work email, they can take your request.
Why can I only send a few requests a week?
So every request gets real attention. You can send 5 new requests a week, 2 to any one company. If a request expires without an answer, you get it back.
